1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Debto (debto.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Nature of Service

Debto is a debt optimization and analysis platform. We provide:

• AI-generated debt analysis reports based on data you provide.
• Repayment strategy comparisons and scenario simulations.
• Balance transfer and EMI optimization calculators.
• Optional expert advisory services for complex debt situations.

Debto is not a bank, NBFC, or registered financial advisor. Our reports and recommendations are informational in nature and do not constitute financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Debto. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@debto.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans (starting at ₹995) are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Due to the digital nature of our reports, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. If you face a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us within 48 hours at hello@debto.pro and we will resolve it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, reports, designs, and software on Debto are the intellectual property of Fervour Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Your personal debt analysis report is licensed to you for personal use only.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our algorithms or reports.
• Provide false or misleading financial data to generate reports.
• Use automated tools to access the platform without our consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Debto and Fervour Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on our reports. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by writing to hello@debto.pro.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage resolution of disputes through our grievance mechanism before approaching courts.
