At Debto, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and responsive experience. If you have a complaint or grievance related to our services, payments, data handling, or any other aspect of your experience, we want to hear from you and resolve it promptly.

How to Raise a Grievance
You may raise a grievance through any of the following channels:
- Email: Send a detailed description of your complaint to hello@debto.pro with your registered email address and order/account details.
- WhatsApp: Message us at +91 98560 95555 with your complaint details.
- In-app: Use the Contact Us section within your dashboard.
Resolution Timeline
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours of receipt.
Investigation
We will investigate the complaint and may request additional information from you.
Resolution
We aim to resolve all grievances within 7 working days. Complex cases may take up to 30 days.
Types of Grievances We Handle
- Payment issues — failed transactions, duplicate charges, refund requests.
- Report delivery — non-receipt or incorrect AI debt analysis report.
- Data privacy — concerns about how your personal or financial data is handled.
- Account issues — login problems, unauthorised access, account deletion requests.
- Service quality — concerns about the accuracy or quality of recommendations.
- Advisor services — complaints related to expert advisory sessions.
Escalation
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate it to:
- The Data Protection Board of India (once operational under DPDP Act 2023) for data-related complaints.
- The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) for consumer complaints.
- Courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
